iPaper offers both the option to pay by invoice or credit card. You can decide to pay on either a monthly or yearly basis. While monthly is a flexible way to work with iPaper and see whether we meet your requirements, we do offer a 10% discount to all accounts who pay a yearly subscription. All pricing and payments are in Euro.

No. iPaper provides both support and access to our insights and expertise to customers. This is included in every package, We don’t work with hourly rates or any other limitations.

No. At iPaper you only pay the monthly or annual price of your selected plan and add-ons. There are no additional starting fees.

No. There is theoretically no limit to the number of products in the feed you connect with your iPaper account, no matter the plan you chose. Technically, your feed needs to be optimized or cached for best results.

No. All iPaper plans includes secure hosting for all your flipbooks. We also strive to ensure your flipbooks are always accessible, reliable and load fast for your visitors.

Our session limits are generally high enough to cover your plan. If you do end up exceeding your limit, both your account and flipbooks will be available as normal. However, if you're reaching your session threshold on a recurring basis, we'll contact you to discuss the option of upgrading your plan or offering additional session packages.

Yes. You can cancel up to the last day of your current billing cycle. To cancel your account, send us an email at invoice@ipaper.io mentioning your account name and that you'd like to cancel your iPaper plan. We'll get back to you with a confirmation and the practicalities regarding your cancellation as soon as possible.
